Song of the Day June 27th!! Among other things

Hello hello everyone. Today I figured I'd go into a little Kpop. If you guys didn't know already, I freaking LOVE Kpop. It mostly dominates my music world right now, so today's song will be a Kpop song. Actually, right now I'm listening to a Kpop song (Mirotic by TVXQ! which is not the song of the day). Anyway, SONG OF THE DAY TIME. Today's song of the day is 'No other' by (my favorite) Super Junior. These guys are really great. They are the first Kpop group I ever listened to, and the first one I liked. They are still my favorite!! If you're a Kpop lover too, you know all about having a bias. It's that one guy, or multiple guys, in the group that you like the most. Mine changes a lot, but at the moment I like Siwon who has been my bias for a while, and Eunhyuk, who is an amazing dancing machine. If you don't like Kpop or don't really know what it is, you probably don't have a clue what I'm talking about, so let's conitnue. This song was made somewhere in 2010, but is still a hit among Super Junior's songs. They tend to do many love songs and this is one of them. It has a light and upbeat sound and their melodic voices easily get stuck in your head. The style of the beat changes from a nice chorus harmony to a high note solo (sung by the #1 singer of the group, the youngest, Kyuhyun) and intertwines with a rap. I know that you guys don't know Korean, so you won't understand the words, but the point here is that it sounds REALLY good. If it makes you feel better you can look up the English translation. SO you guys should look up the video! YouTube: Super junior No Other music video. Click play, sit back, and enjoy the music. . . .Or, in my case, sing along in Korean words you don't understand and dance around like an idiot. Whatever works for you! As I've said before, this month's sun sign is Cancer. I know this is a little long, but I hope you enjoy my reviews. Sorry! and Song of the Day June 25th!!!

Hey! Once again, it's been a long time. I know that no one is reading my blog or anything like that, but I still kind of like typing these things out. I still hate that these posts have become fewer and far between though. Sorry about that! Anyway, today's song of the day will be 'Paradise' by Coldplay. It probably seems a little weird that a Kpop maniac like me likes coldplay and classical music (which I have mentioned here before), but I just seem to enjoy a lot of different types. Actually, I like One republic, Evanescence, Need to Breath, The wanted, Adele, Vivaldi, and many other types. Each on of those artists belong to a different genre of music, all of which are ones that I really like. But that isn't really the point right now, is it? Anyway, the song Paradise has a nice flow to it and the singer has one of those light and unique voice that has a little bit of roughness in it. It also has an edge of mystery to it, which I love in music. The music that goes along with the words has a nice piano lead. I love piano music, by the way. If you pay attention to the words (if you don't, it's ok. Sometimes I don't either! It can be to difficult, so I just sit back and enjoy the sound. And it doesn't hurt to dance a little, too) you will find that they hold a lot of meaning. I'm not going to break it all down, because that would be too boring. Just listen closely and try to find your own meaning in it. Above all, be unique and be yourself, especially where music is concerned. Find what you like, and find what you don't, it doesn't matter. It could be heavy metal or a piano concerto. Hey, maybe even both! Just as long as you like it and it's something that sounds good to you. Well, I hope you've all had a good day today! Its been a while, right?

Hey everyone! It has been a long time since I've blogged. . . .I guess I missed it too. As requested, today's Song of the Day is 'Lights' by Ellie Goulding. I'm listening to it right now for the first time, and its pretty good. She sounds British. . .She's British right?? Her voice is pretty clear. It sounds really good!! The beat is very good and strong, too. I like this song! I really like this kind of music, the kind that sounds inspiring and light. It just makes you feel bright and mysterious because it just has that kind of sound or air to it, right? You should really look it up!!! YouTube: Ellie Goulding Lights. GO FOR IT PEOPLE!! I strongly encourage you to GET UP AND DANCE. Have fun everyday and do what makes you happy. I hope you all are having a good day, and if you're not, do something that makes you happy. Lately I've been seeing people (including me...) doing things to make other people happy. Don't get me wrong, its good to do things for other people, as long as you don't forget that you have needs and wants too. So finish your homework, help your parents, do whatever you HAVE to do. Then go do something YOU WANT to do. Its been a rough couple of weeks, and I hope it has been easier on you guys. This month's Sun Sign is Gemini. I've been reading this book called 'Suzi's Sun Signs' or something like that, and it has TONS of information about all the sun signs. I'm a Leo actually, sometimes a Cancer depending on the chart, so basically both. Go look up your own Sun Sign!
